Decaf coffee
So I was a major coffee drinker before starting IF treatments. I cut down to making the 1/2 caf 1/2 decaf in the AM (1 cup) while stimming etc. Since my ER they said no caffeine. Do you think decaf is ok (with regular sugar)? It's my birthday today - I am craving the taste of coffee!

decaf is fine, I drank all throughout my cycle.
