Cole Haan
So I got my bag back from restoration. The handles were fraying and cracking.
I open the box and voila, the bag is exactly the same..they cut off some of the fraying..
WTH?????
I am so calling the store today to complain.
I just called the store. They are going to call restoration and find out the deal. I may have to bring it back there again and leave it again.
At this point, I want a whole new bag. This is crap!
it turns out that the problem with the bag is a design flaw. The new versions of the bag don't have that problem on the handles anymore..so they told me to come in and speak with a manager and they will replace it!!
I'll go on Sunday and see what happens.

That is so annoying!
I am completely annoyed with Cole Haan also!!!!
I ordered a bag on line from them almost 2 weeks ago. I am waiting and waiting for my bag to be delivered. Still nothing so I finally call the store to see what is up. They tell me that the bag is sold out and I should have gotten an email -- which I did not!!! And now I am getting NO BAG!!!!! I was so excited to get it also and now NOTHING!!!!!!

What?? I thought they sent you an email with a tracking number? That is such crap! And I was ****** when they allowed me to place a pair of boots in my cart, only to go through the check-out process and be told they were sold out!

I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!! I am so beyond pizzed!!!!
And yes they did send me a tracking number, that is why their story makes no sense. And they were willing to do nothing about it!!!!!!!
