I was told yes but I chose to use Ricola instead, it seemed more natural.

I used to suck on the Halls vitamin c drops. My Dr. said they were fine.

I am not allow ANY cough drops of any kind (except one which I can't find)
Absolutely positively NO COUGH drops.. natural or not.
I had a horrible sinus cold head cold thing early on my pregnancy and I wanted to DIE! I actually BEGGED both my OB and my regular doc for halls.
Reg doc backed up the OB and said no 
I was stuck with hot water, lemon and honey (or sugar) but NEVER allowed a cough drop

Thats werid about not being allowed cough drops...my Doctor said it was ok too...i have a sore throat now and actually just came home from work cause of it.

my Dr. ok'd cough drops too! I got the sugar free ones so that I wasnt bathing my teeth in sugar and didnt want my sugar levels going up either.

thats strange.
I too had a cold early on and dr ok'd cough drops and vicks vapor rub- worked like a charm!

My Dr. said I can have as many cough drops as I want! I ate almost the whole bag of Halls. It's juts menthol there is nothing else in them.
