Hair and tipping question
I had highlights done last week and the girl who does my hair messed them up a little so I have to go back today. Do I tip her again? She is the owner of the salon. TIA!

Thanks for all the responses! She almost gave me a new head of highlights. I did give her a small tip which she would not accept. Normally I wouldn't have but it took me 2 years here in VA to find someone who did my hair half way decent so I figured it would be worth the tip to make sure she will do a top notch job the next time.
