Surgery tommorrow *UPDATE*
I'm having my laparoscopy/hysteroscopy tomorrow morning. When I decided to have the surgery a month ago it seemed so far off. I wasn't nervous about it until tonight. Hopefully it will go smoothly and give me some answers.
*UPDATE*

The surgery was very quick and went well. I feel pretty good now, just a little tired and have some soreness around the incision and some bloating from the gas they use.
They didn't find anything wrong at all. She did confirm that there is a slight indentation at the top of my uterus, which we already knew was there from other testing. She said its not significant enough to remove since it won't impact fertility or pregnancy.
I'm still really glad I had it done since it was relatively easy. Now I feel like I can move on to the IVF knowing that there is nothing going on structurally that will prevent it from working. And I won't have to wonder about having endometriosis anymore.
If anyone who will be having this procedure wants more detailed info, just let me know.

I had the same procedures (with a couple of others) last spring. It is a relatively quick procedure and can tell you A LOT of things. I hope it goes smoothly for you. Feel free to FM me if you have any questions.

They found a small fibroid when they did my procedure and also didnt remove it because it didnt interfere. Its probably good practice as you never know how scar tissue can have an effect on things further down the road.

I had a lap in 2001 where they removed endo. I am glad that your procedure went well! Rest up these next couple days though!
