Pain in the arse
So, I know I am lucky-- I only work 3 days a week (I am a freelancer). I can also work from home very easily as well.
But on the days when I am in the office (like today), I have a really hard time sitting in an office chair.
My lower back and butt KILL me...
What can I do to make my tush and back feel better?? Get some kind of pad to sit on or something?
If you recall from last week-- I had to get a massage after seeing Billy Joel at Shea-- I was like in traction from sitting in those seats after a full day at the office!
ETA-- I am only 12.5 weeks!!!

Re: Pain in the arse
I hear ya and am with ya on the discomfort. Try to get up and walk around every so often. I never do but I hear it should help.

Re: Pain in the arse
Bring a pillow in to put behind your back, that has helped me tremendously.
Also, if you can request a high back chair at work, that helped me too.

Re: Pain in the arse
Ugh I have the same thing and its getting worse. Yesterday my legs were killing me also. I am contemplating getting a butt pillow.
