not pg related but...

anyone know what I can do about an annoying neighbor?? As if I don't already have a sleeping problem here I am awaken every night around midnight when he comes home BLASTING his car stereo putting my dogs into a frenzy and waking us up. I am not sure who to file a complaint to. He has also been outside late at night playing it for hours one night I got fed up and 10:30 I went out there and asked him to lower it after he played it for 4 1/2 hours my house shook the entire time. I cannot take anymore I need sleep My poor DH gets up for work at 4am and he couldn't go back to sleep b/c he was angry that I was woken up. Any suggestions????

The only thing I can suggest is call your police station and tell them how loud he plays it and at what hours. Even though it is early in the night (before 11pm) he could get in trouble because of the decible level he plays it at.

And if he gets a fine or something be prepared for him to retaliate and piss you off even more.
