This is not helping....
I had another gallbladder attack last night, and I am having another one right now 
I am soo uncomfortable and in pain at the same time. I am going to call the doc, but I can't even talk right now. I am typing this as I try to sit still. I wish I could take a nap and sleep this off...
Oh and I am in the office by myself today AND the A/C is not working to well

OMG, OMG, OMG Katie!!! I can't believe it. Is there anything you can take to make the pain go away? Can you call Paula to come into the office and you go to the Doctor?

No, I have no medicine for this...  Paula has Leah, so if it gets worse, I will just leave but I REALLY don't want to wind up in the hospital again

Oh man, I wish I could help you out. I feel so bad for you when you get these attacks, I can't imagine. Can you get treated at the office, not the hospital?
