First of all, your hair is GORGEOUS! Love the length, style, cut and color!
If you really want a change I just cut my hair shoulder length after having it long for years. It's similar to Nicole Richie's short hair with the side bang. I had KNOTS in my stomach before getting it done but I LOVE it. It takes me minutes to dry and it's so bouncy and healthy.
ETA: I can still pull it in a pony tail too!

I don't really want to cut it either, but it falling out in clumps and all day long is not fun either (thank goodness I have sooooooooo much hair).
Last time I had long layers with the JHS it looked yucky. But a hairdresser did frame my face, back in Dec, and that lookec nice.

what about a color?
Any suggestions for a change, but not too high maintenance when it grows out? (meaning so I don't have to be at the salon every month because of roots)
