YES. I have 2 small cups in the AM. I did avoid it in the first tri. MODERATION.

prior to pregnancy, I only drank 1 mug of 1/2 caf coffee a day.... and then decaf. (I don't drink soda, and seldom drink tea)
So, when I became pregnant, I eliminated all caffeine.... since it wasn't a major sacrifice for me. It's now a decaf mug in the AM......

I am a morning coffee drinker, but since getting pregnant, I have stopped....once I am in my 2nd tri I am sure I will bring back the joe every once in a while!

I cut out caffeine completely day before yesterday and after I got through the withdrawl headaches, I feel much better 
I am only 4.5 weeks preggo so I can't tell you what the rest of the pregnancy will bring but I am going to try and stay caffeine free the whole time

I have one cup every once in a while. I do tend to treat myself on Saturday and Sundays I make dunkin donuts hazelnut coffee at home or I'll go to McDonalds and get an iced coffee

i do drink iced coffee once in a while, the baby moves like crazy after i drink it, he likes it. i also have low blood pressure so my ob said its ok

I used to have a cup every morning, now I just have a decaf cup once in awhile when I really crave it.
