I need help choosing a type of massage

I have a gift certificate for a 1 hr massage. I can choose from swedish, deep tissue, sports, amma, or medical. Which one should I choose?

1st question I ask my clients:

What are you looking for out of the massage?

Relaxation? working issues you may have? etc... do you want a whole body massage, just massage the issue problem, or it can be a combination?

Re: I need help choosing a type of massage

i'm not proffessional but i do know that the Swedish is a massage that ususally doesn't use too much pressure.
Deep Tissue...they really get in there lol. I don't love the hard massages where i almost feel bruised after. but i know a ton of people who LOVE it

Re: I need help choosing a type of massage

I ALWAYS get deep tissue.. I have a lot of knots and I want them worked out!!

Swedish is pointless to me.. but that's totally a personal opinion.

I don't like hot lava rock either..
