Should I be worried?
I woke up this morning with a pain in my lower right pelvic area it is not as bad as it was when I first woke up, but still a dull cramp
I have not had cramps in this particular area before, they were all more in the middle, under my belly button; this is lower and on the right, almost at my bikini line
any thoughts? Im at work so I figured if it doesnt go away by 3, I'd call the Dr.

Re: Should I be worried?
Could be your ligaments stretching.

Re: Should I be worried?
I'm certainly no doctor, but it definitely sounds like stretching to me...if it was in your uterus, then I'd be worried...give it a day and see how you feel.

It sound like round ligament pain. Make sure to stay plenty hydrated and try to take it easy!

Re: Should I be worried?
I've had lots of strange pains. If I drink a lot of water and rest, they always went away within an hour or so.
