Do you ever......
drink caffeine? If so, how much a week?
I've just had to cheat a few times....I was addicted to caffeine before becoming p/g and it's hard to quit anything cold turkey!!! 
I just feel so guilty....yet so satisfied!!

I do! I try to limit it, but since I can't take any of my migraine medicines, it is the only thing that helps and my doctor actually suggested it to help relieve them. I find I drink about 1 8oz. glass a day of tea or soda to help...sometimes I cheat and drink more, but I definitely don't feel guilty about it!

I usually have coffee on the weekends. I have the Dunkin Donuts Hazelnut and it's my little weekend treat. During the week once in a while I'll have a cup. I have to be in the mood for it.

I have a little here and there, mostly in the form of chocolate. Sometimes I have a few sips of coke.
I was never a big caffeine drinker.
I have been having headaches and my ob suggested caffeine to help relieve them.

yes i do...If I don't have any at all during the day I get a horrible migraine.
I will have one glass of a caffienated drink a day, whether it be a glass of iced tea or a regular soda...other than that I drink water all day long.
and the dr said its fine...they actually prefer me drink the caffiene then stress the baby out while i have a migraine.

Nope. I don't drink caffeine at all. I don't know what it is to drink Coke in moderation, so I don't even try it. And, I'm not one to drink caffeine free Coke because it's just a gateway to regular Coke for me.
 Oh boy do I crave Coke!

i limited it in the first tri - i pretty much never had it. but that was really b/c i react badly to caffeine even when i am not PG - if i have it anytime after 10am i cannot sleep that night.
once i hit my second tri, though, i stopped worrying - i sleep like crap now b/c i am up peeing every hour, the caffeine isn't going to make a bi of difference, and i need it to stay awake  i don't have it more than twice a day though - maybe a soda in the early afternoon and iced tea at night.

Not much, I was a huuuuge coffee person before getting PG, so when we started planning to TTC I switched to ahlf-caff to try to ween myself off. I haven't had any coffee since about a week after I found out, but I will occassionally have regular tea or a soda with caffeine.
I agree with 'everything in moderation'

I drank a lot of coffee before getting pregnant. When I found out, I stopped completely, except for decaf coffee on the weekends (only sometimes) and every now and then I'll have an ice tea. This weekend I had three sips of regular coffee for the first time since March and it made my heart race!

I drink coffee every single day and I don't feel bad about it. We are allowed one cup a day and I take full advantage of it...
If I didn't, I would get terrible migraines and tylenol won't help them.

Not often but I have an occasional iced coffee. I take a few sips and I usually levae it half way done. I think everything in moderation isn't bad.

I don't, but that's b/c I don't like soda or coffee. I still eat chocolate, which has a little caffeine. IMO, caffeine is fine in moderation.
