a turkey sandwich...but i'm too nervous to eat...i have butterflies in my stomach..
I had an interview this morning, and they just called me back & left a msg...
I'm trying to think of an excuse to go out to my car to call back.!

somwehat, I susually have a few greens or an apple or a soup, I walyas jsut need something extra but small with them

I eat them slowly (because they can be eaten in like 3 bites somethimes) and I'll have a container of raspberries or a small apple later on ... it fills me up that way.
I try not to get "starving" ever ... a snack here, a cup of tea there, helps me eat smaller B/L/D meals.

They don't fill me, but I think thats part of it. i shouldn't be "full", just not hungry anymore. If i am still genuinely hungry, i'll add a soup or a small salad.
