did you still look at listings...
...after you bought your current place? It's like a terrible habit for me...I constantly find myself on the listings website...when we first put our offer in, I kept telling myself I was still looking "just in case" but we're set to move on Friday and I'm still on there!!!

I still look, but now only at the current neighborhood I live in. It's made me glad that we bought when we did (about 9 months ago.)

i still look cause there are several units in my complex up for sale that i'm kinda tracking (since there would be my neigbhors)
plus my property go up if these sell good (which is good when i go to refi)

the other day i went to an Open House!!!
i just went to see how the people converted their attic into a bedroom.

There are a few houses in our area that are the same style as ours (front to back split) and one of them is for sale. I am so tempted to try and see it because I am looking for ideas!

Oh, I know if they did open houses here I would SO be there!!!  We want to extend the apartment we've bought and lots of the houses in the area are the same type of conversion, so I'd love to see how they've done it and how much the houses are going for!!!

We also sent to an open house...to see how they converted their basement into an apartment and how they put the bathroom in the master bdrm. It's the same layout as the one we're buying, and going for over $60K more!!

Yes I do! I like to see what things are going for in the area! I also like to look at their siding, landscaping, and pictures of the inside especially when it is the same type of house as ours to get ideas.

We finally have found a house and I have not been on MLSLI in weeks - a waste of time at this point. I'm on Home Depot and furniture sites now!
