one more week till the bridesmaid dress
so i posted a while back that i needed to lose weight for this bridesmaids dress that they ordered too small. i had my last fitting yesterday and it fits but just barely i've been so cranky trying to cut back what i eat and now i only have one week until the wedding. the seamstress said to me "just don't eat for 2 days before the wedding" how unhealthy is that????? i just hope i can keep it up so that maybe just maybe by saturday i can feel somewhat comfortable in the dress. uggh i can't wait for it to be over wish me luck

maybe try the special k diet, my sister lost a few pounds on that. maybe it can help you get into the dress.
i dont think crash dieting is going to help.

Best thing to do would be strict atkins induction - you will still eat and a lot - but if you cut out all carbs you could lose between 5-7 lbs in next week.

I was going to suggest the same thing - plus drink lots of water and avoid salt like the plague.
