DH buys his own usually...
he loves the Lands End and LL Bean ones... i have to say they really hold up color wise and material wise.
Same here.
We were getting Eddie Bauer ones, but they fade at the creases too fast.
LL Beans hold up the best IMO.

you can get larger Bananna Republic sizes online
I normally need to buy Jake a 38 or a 40
he just went to express today and got a bunch of stuff- they all fit him great

Marshall's or the Gap... If you hit Marshall's right you can get some really nice ones. He usually has very good luck there.
