Random question
So, I'm on the endometrin now, and I'm 10dpiui. I know that the endometrin suppresses AF, at least it did for me last time.
So the question is, for those of you who have been on endometrin/progesterone and it suppressed your AF, did you still experience severe PMS symptoms a few days before you would normally get AF?
Just because the progesterone suppresses AF, does that also mean PMS wouldn't kick in until you stop the progesterone and wait for AF?
Yes, I know, random.
Deep IF thoughts

Re: Random question
It was hard to determine if it was PMS or just the side effects of the progesterone.

Re: Random question
I have been on progesterone for ten cycles and the only time I was pregnant I had no symptoms whatsoever. All the other times I had cramping, sore boobs and emotional swings.
ETA: I don't normally get any PMS symptoms so I know for a fact it's a side effect of the progesterone.

Re: Random question
When i was on endometrin i did have period like symptoms and i actually had to use PIO b/c my numbers were low..Unfortunately the FET didn't work. When using P4 supp i was crampy and my boobs were a little tender, and i had those horrendous nightmares.. I had those same deep thoughts too.

Re: Random question
Ok, thanks everyone. I ask because I was fine last cycle on the progesterone, and I was fine all week on it, but starting yesterday it hit me like a ton of bricks. The vivid dreams, the hot flashes, the crying, sore boobs, cramping, whole nine yards.
I'm REALLY not a fan of the progesterone at all

Re: Random question
Hope you feel better, Beth! I am starting PIO and suppositories next week after my transfer, and after reading your post, I am not looking forward to it! At least now I know what to expect!
