Philip Engel Furniture?

Are they going out of business? I saw a sign today in the Huntington store that 70% off Everything Must Go. Are they going out of business?

Ok, I just called Philip Engel and they are closing the Huntington Store as of the end of February/begining of March. So the stuff is 70% off. As for the store, they have another location in Woodbury and that one is staying open according to the manager of the Huntington store.

As for my order, it has shipped from the manufacturer (I just called the manufacturer directly myself) and it should be here this week.
My sofa and chair were ordered on 11/2/05 and so as of 1/24/06 (tomorrow) it will be exactly 12 weeks. I was told when I placed my order that it would take 12 weeks for it to arrive. The manufacturer told me that it shipped on 1/12 (friday) and that it takes about 10 days to arrive to the wherehouse. So that would have been Saturday, but the wherehouse is not open Saturday. So now I need to see if it arrived at the wherehouse. On Friday the wherehouse guy said that he expected deliveries from the manufacturer on Tuesday. It better be here this week.

As for PE they are still accepting orders for custom pieces/

Update: I called the wherehouse and they expect the sofa and recliner on Thursday and they are delivering it to me on Saturday. I am so excited.
