Another "pearl" from DH

So we go to Lowe's yesterday to look at paint samples for Ed-lie's room now that our landlord is allowing us to paint it pink . We took the samples home and put them on the wall to see what they would look like at various points of the day before we make our final decision.

As you know, there are eleventy BILLION different kinds of pink out there and though we are settled on something pretty light, there are still many options that are so close to each other that it is hard to make a choice. Custom coloring isnt really worth our time as this is a rental and we just dont wanna work that hard .

I asked DH to come in to the room to look at the colors and to him they all look alike (go figure).

So I ask him:

"Do you trust me to pick the right color?"

To which he replies:

"Yeah, I guess I trust you."

Thanks dear. WE ARE SOLID!

Sadly, we are stuck with what we have in here already. Its neutral so it will suffice. I am not paying money to recarpet a rental that we will probably leave within 2 years when we buy a home. I would put an area rug over it, but knowing how clumsy I am, I'd probably trip over it with Ed-lie in my arms.
