Maid of the Mist...amazing experience
Cave of the Winds (i think that's what it was called)
Both of these, we did from the Canada side.
Be ready to get your clothes wet though.
I also enjoyed the casinos

We just came back yesterday. Definitely do Maid of the Mist and we loved the jet boat tours too. That was awesome!
