Mistakes made in early pregnancy?
Did any of you drink in the early weeks of pregnancy and not realize you were actually pregnant? If so, did you ask your dr about it? I don't think I am preggo, but just feel different this month, and I'm concerned with knowing I had a few drinks last weekend. Thanks

oh yea....I got pretty buzzed back in Jan before getting our surprise BFP....also took Advil cuz I wasn't feeling well at another time.

I partied like ROCK STAR in Vegas in the 2 weeks between getting PG and finding out. The first MD visit was like confession. The doctor said not to worry and DS is FINE.

My step-sister's bachelorette party was a week before I found out I was pg.....that basically says it all. DD came out perfect!

I had my sisters bachlorette party and had a drink (luckily I was the designated driver). i did test before going out because i just had a feeling but it came back negative! I tested 24 hours later and I got my positive! i was so upset i drank but my doctor said it was no biggie!!

I was in Dominican Republic the weekend before I got my BFP, let's just say I drank A LOT! My Dr. said it was fine. I wouldn't worry about it.

Yup! I had attended a wedding, Cinco de Mayo festivities and a girls night out before realizing I was with child! I think this is pretty common too as most of my girlfriends drank without realizing they were preggers.

I didn't drink but right before I got my BFP I took one aleve bc I had really bad cramps (thought I was getting my period) I was so worried I was almost in tears when I told my doc. all turned out well

My SIL and brother went to Aruba for 9 days during her first trimester and partied like rock stars. She had no idea she was pregnant since her period was all over the place normally. She told the OB when she found out she was pregnant that she drank alot in the beginning b/c she had no idea and he said it was fine- just not to drink now. My nephew is a healthy, happy, chubby 5 month old now!!

I drank at a wedding AND I ate a TON of sushi the night before getting my BFP! I even ate a raw quail egg because DH was friends with the chef and he made something "special" for us.  I am kind of worried about that one!!!

I had champagne punch one night, some red wine another night, and I also had a huge amount of raw sushi the night before my BFP (the sushi was because I thought AF was coming - I didn't think I was prego at all!)

I got retarded drunk a week before my BFP....don't worry, the baby does not have a blood stream that early on in the pregnancy, so you and baby are fine!
