have you ever crashed a wedding
have you or anyone you know ever crash a wedding?? my mother in law told me she used to crash weddings all the time when she was young and crazy. not the reception, but cocktail hours all the time. have you ever crashed one??or anyone you know??

no, but my cousin's wedding got crashed..LOL
Towards the end of the reception we are looking like "who are these people"..they came in and said "Your music is better" ..my cousin told them to stay and enjoy..LOL
I'll never forget it was at the Coral House..LOL..fun and funny!

No but I have heard stories of halls with multiple parties going on - where someones elderly relative went to the bathroom then mistakenly went to the wrong party and were later found by family later that night.

Yes, a girlfriend and I would crash weddings at the former Galaxie in Plainview when we were in HS. Oh, what fun!

I never did, but I think we had a wedding crasher. On our wedding video we saw a guy and a girl dancing and having a great time and hubby and I had no clue who they were. I kept saying maybe she is his date but then couldnt figure out who the guy was. Later in the video I realized the guy was my cousin's date and yet we had no clue who the girl was. But as it looked on the video she was having a blast. She was dancing with our families, drinking and seemed like she had a great time whoever she was

I never have, but my parents have. When they wree younger they went to AC with some friends and my dad told everyone they had been invited to a party in the ballroom of the hotel. So everyone got dressed up and went. Once they were there my dad told everyone, but told them to play it cool. They stayed for the entire reception!

No, but a few of my friends crashed a prom- I think it was Hicksville's. Ours was in another room at the same time and they said the other one was better!

My friend was at a wedding at Leonards where she only knew the bride. She ended up spending most of the cocktail hour in a different wedding - drinking, hanging out, talking to people, before she asked someone how they knew the bride or groom and then realized it was the wrong room!

no, I could never do it. I used to have prospective vendors "invite" me to observe them at other weddings and that was an instant deal breaker for me because I didn't want them "inviting" people to my wedding.
Gosh, when I booked Leonard's, I was wearing blue jeans that day and ended up in the elevator with a BRIDE. To this day, I still feel sick about that.
that's why I've been extra b!tchy about the people who crashed mine

yes, but I told the bride I was going to 
We went to the ceremony, and then went to the reception after dinner had been served, for some dancing and drinks (we knew a number of people at the wedding)
