Waist line feels sooo sore
HEy girls is this normal... i know i seem crazy. but the last 2 days i have had different soreness and pains. Im 7w1d and my waist line feels like pulled muscles almost like i have a bruise and when you push it. Very weird! and not to mention minor cramping. no bleeding. I go back to doc on tues. I dont know what im going to do when i go back to my regular ob and no longer on weekly visits.

Totally normal. I had the same feelings. You will feel A LOT of pulling and stretching in your abdomen over the next few weeks. At times it felt like someone hung a bowling ball around my waist and it was pulling all my muscles down. It's all part of your body making room for the growing baby!!

Totally normal!
My thing is when I get up too quickly now it feels like I pulled something in my lower abdomin/groin area. Round ligament pains, anyone?

Yup. I had pulling sore feelings in my stomach too. Kinda like I did a bunch of situps. I had cramping at the same time too. No worries!!
