# 2 on the way...
Found out right before my carpal tunnel surgery, so now I have to live with the pain for the next 8 mos. Any suggestions? Does anyone know about cordisone shots? Is there anything else that I can do?

The only thing I know of is sleeping in the wrist things..I can't remember what they are called but i'm sure you already have them.

Thank you, yes I already have it, and I did the phsical therapy. The surgery was the next step...

I manage a physical therapy/chrio/acupuncture office, weve seen AMAZING results, our doctors take the NO SURGERY approach...if you wanna FM me, id LOVE to see if i can help you...im currently on disability, i was in a bad car accident 3 weeks ago with my DS (broken collar bone, torn knees, great timing lol) But Im there for therapy alot during the week, i could meet you or give you the number to speak to someone to set up a free consult.
