Anyone ever bring a bag back to the store. My bag is not wearing well at all. I have to bring it there and have a manager look at it..
what do they do? replace? repair? Can I get a different bag if it's a design flaw?
I think it's a design flaw for sure..the handles are fraying.

I havent but my friend did and they replaced it with a new one, but they took the old one
