My first post!
Hi everybody - this is my first post over here  I have a million questions of course - I will be going out of the country for two weeks, so I won't be able to talk to my doctor, but what are the do's and don'ts at this point? Can anybody bump a thread for me? Thanks so much!

Congrats! A good resource is Pregnancy.org. There is a lot of information on there and a great interactive calendar.
As far as foods and meals,I found Babyfit.com to be a great help. Of course you should consult your Dr as well with any nutritional and exercise questions.
For foods to avoid, check out the American Pregnancy Association.

Congratulations!!!!! Until you can get to the doctor:
-Start taking a prenatal vitamin, if you don't already (over-the-counter is fine, or you can even take 2 Flintstones chewables!)
-Drink PLENTY of water
-Stay away from cold cuts, and limit tuna intake to once per week
-Get plenty of sleep and feel good!
