Shoes suggestions for my trip to Europe...

We are going to Europe in Two Weeks, and I'm trying to decide what kind of shoes to bring.
I will definitely bring sneakers, but I would like a pair of sandals as well. I would like something that is cute but has at least ankle straps. I'm guessing flips flops won't be good. ANy suggestion?? Especially anyone who has been to Europe. Thanks!!

DH says no white sneakers - only Amercians wear those Chat Icon not sure if that's true, I've never been. but he has, many times.

Try The Walking Company. There's one in Roosevelt Field.

These are Born.

Sorry! but those are so not European.

I would go for regular snickers for walking and pretty sandals for going out. You don't have to go high heel as long as they are pretty and match all your outfits.

Look at my other post and see if you like any of the three I posted.

no white sneakers unless you want to look like a tourist-
i personally like to blend and feel like i am part of the culture.

bpttom line is- your feet are going to hurt at the end of the day no matter what you walk in - youll be taking breaks when you are tired and im sure where you are going cabs are plentiful. in addition, at night, id wear something cute adn trendy- you can wear heels- at night if you are in a restaurant or club you wolnt be walking around so feel free to bring your heels for night time

sneakers= maybe something like this

flats
maybe something like this- comes in man colors- for a 5 star rating for comfort on zappos, they are stylish but have tread at the bottom

sandals- i dont love these - but they have a strap and some woman said she walked 2 miles in them and they are very comfy
and at least they show off a pedicure

Thanks for the info!! Know my poor Dh is going to look like a tourist. He only buys white sneakers for the summer, since he thinks it looks better with shorts. At least his shoes have other colors as well. I was going to buy white puma sneakers, now I will have to look around. I'm going to go back on Zappos and look.
