Anyone have a biophysical profile done?
Since we lost a baby in my second trimester before, they want us to do a biophysical profile with this one....anyone know what this entails?

They do a sono and check the measurements of the baby and check the fluids ! They also do a Non stress test to see if you are contracting ,to see the babies movements,and to see how the babies heartrate reacts to these things

I had them the last few weeks i was pregnant with dd bc I had gestational diabetes, so they would watch how she was doing..i kind of liked getting them because i got the sonograms each week..warning depenging on how much your baby moves you could be there longer some weeks then others..sometimes it felt like dd wouldt move bc she knew i needed her too so we could leave lol

This happened to me too ,they had to give me some ice water and sometimes soda to get her moving
