If Feta is pastuerized, it's ok right?
I got a salad at Cosi today-- and they have very limited selection of "toss in" items-- at least ones I like, and I already walked into 3 other places looking for something to get for lunch.
I got feta cause a> I don't eat it all the time; b> I am 99% sure it's pastueurized if it's from Cosi; and c> I was hungry I needed a cheese in my salad!
Am I going to hell?

thanks-- I have been asking at restaurants and everything always is... I don't know why I didn't ask-- I just wanted some food and wasn't thinking!
But, since I am sure they get their cheese from a supplier in the US and it's illegal to have non pastuerized cheese made in the US-- ergo, I assume it's pasteurized.

I've been eating pasteurized feta for the past few days. It's fine.
