registry question
Do you think I have enough things on the registry? My job threw me a shower and most of what's been bought I already received. My family is giving me another shower and there are about 25 people coming to it. I have also received a lot of onesies and clothing that I think I need to take some off the registry (those are the items that say available instore only).
buybuybaby
here we only registered for our car seats and stroller.
babiesrus
here for everything else.
TIA

Re: registry question
I think you'll be okay. A lot of people do go to the store to avoid shipping costs.

Re: registry question
You should be okay. But you can always just watch the registry and if you find that most of it is being bought, add some more items!
I disagree with the AP though because a lot of people bought things online than going to the store for my shower. You never know!

Re: registry question
register for 6-9 mo clothing (just make sure they're seasonally appropriate), that way you'll be set for a LONG time

Re: registry question
the registry looks pretty good, but I agree. I would take the clothes off or minimize the list. Most people like to pick that out themselves and have a hard time finding what you picked based on the registry listing.
it looks like you plan to breastfeed or pump, so I would suggest adding some of those related items. my family/friends weren't interested in buying them, but others are....milk storage bags, freezer organizer, etc.
it also looks like you have some swaddle blankets...why not take a swaddle me off and add a miracle blanket at BBB? they get such rave reviews!
i would also consider adding some lap pads for all sorts of uses, the ultimate crib sheet (I tried washing and changing the sheet on the crib recently b/c LO is due in 3 days, and it was kind of rough...the ultimate crib sheet looks amazing!). also, how about some cloth diapers for burp cloths or to line the changing pad? do you have a couple changing pad covers too?
other items to consider...tiny love mobile, exersaucer/jumperoo (if you can fit it), baby proofing items, baby gate, nursing stool (even if you don't get a glider), teethers? you only have dr. browns bottles...consider a second type in case the baby doesn't like that kind.
just some ideas/things to consider!

Re: registry question
I think you should leave it that way you are most likely going to get most if not all of what's left. I would leave all onsies on there. We are going to need a lot of those.

Re: registry question
thanks girls. I added a potty, a diaper genie and some1 suggested another pack and play for my parent house since they're watching 2 days a week.
