Waking up sore???
I am 5W1D for the last two days I have been waking up really sore. My belly, hips and lwer back are really sore and my shoulders when I wake up in the morning. Is this normal? I feel miserable in teh morning adn i'm hurting for the rest of the day....

Totally normal. Body aches is something that will be with you for the duration. I am 25 weeks and feel like a 90 yr old woman sometimes Your body is stretching and things are moving around to make room for the baby.

I'm right here with you blissful , worse nights sleep of my life(5W3D) only on top of that I have been having the worse dreams ever...I think its due to the increase in hormones and my insane brain!! Good luck and let me know if you find any relief for this.

5w3d and i feel like i have been kicked in the back all night. My whole body is soooo sore!! Im glad to hear im not alone.

I had body aches early on and scary dreams too.
So I'm not insane!! Thank God...its so strange...I think maybe I will start exercising any maybe I will tire myself out more, so then I'm super exhausted..and then maybe mind and body will start cooperating and rest! Good luck to all of us!
