Waxing down there...

I can't stand shaving anymore and want to wax and this will be my first time.

How many of you wax yourself down there or tried? What kind of wax do you use?

For those who go out and get waxed...If I change my mind to wax myself can you recommend a place for me to go. I'm in the Huntington/Northport/Commack area.

Thanks.

For the past 8 years or so, I get a brazilian bikini wax every month-6 weeks. I couldn't imagine doing it myself.

Its definitely not comfortable, but I like the results. If you are going for a basic bikini wax, it isn't even that painful (IMO).

ITA!

This is definitely not something I'd attempt to do myself...

I go every 5-6 weeks and the pain lessens over time! Also, the more you go... the longer smooth times you'll have between waxings. I will NEVER go back to shaving.
