I love the dining room set and the tulip shaped cups but I am not sure about the thing in the center.

I agree, I like the one CAJ posted or something along those lines. That brushed silver is a little too modern. While I do like the chandelier, I think you should get something a little more traditional.
Your DR set is beautiful.
