Mystery solved!
No virus, and no I wasn't going crazy - I really WAS feeling SOOOO nauseaus.
Turns out, it's probably my prenatals. I started a new prescription Friday night, just when the nauseau set in. I told the nurse's assistant, she asked what kind of prenatals I'm using (vitafol), and she said a lot of women in their practice are reporting extreme nauseau on it.
So they switched my prescription. Hopefully I'll feel a little better in a day or so

I can't take multis for that reason. I always get sick.
I'm taking folic and b complex and I get b 12 shots once a month.

wow, I thought you were going to say you got a BFP! 
Sorry you had such a reaction to the vitafol. I've been on them for almost 2 years now and have never had a problem. But everyone is different!
