So, I expect TBAF to be here any day now But, given the odds of us conceiving via IUI I am not too surprised. I kind of knew this would happen even though of course we held out hope.
So, I know my dr. wants us to move to IVF / ICSI. What is the next step? Would I be on BC for a month and then most likely do IVF in late July / August?
When did you do the IUI? You still never ever know what will happen..But I do understand what you feel.. I am sorry... IVF is much bigger odds anyway and if you do the icsi and pgd you have even better odds.. I do know you go on bcp but I sware I believe it sometimes has to do with scheduling.. I was on for 1 1/2 months once?? They do have to surpress the ovaries so you dont over stimulate or ovulate, but I know that was not the whole case.. But I got threw it as many others do... And so will you!! Many prayers to you..
You may have to do some extra tests that you have not needed to do yet. But, nothing that should take too long. Some protocols put you on BCP and others don't. Some RE's cycle everyone at the same time and use BCP's to get everyone on schedule. It's all different and confusing. But, once you get your protocol it will be easy to understand. But, I'm still hoping you wont have to find out.
