sleeping and cramping
does anyone elses belly cramp before they get up? Its like I cant find a comfy position because of the cramping. Is this normal?

yes, i get this almost every morning.  and its so uncomfy and with the back aches, i end up getting out of bed b/c i just cant lay down anymore no matter how many pillows I use.

Me too. I always have a dull crampy feeling in the morning when I get out of bed.......or in the middle of the night when I get out of bed to pee.

i used to get bad knee cramps that woke me up, but now i use a firm pillow between my legs. i do occasionally get a twinge where my femur meets my pelvis. so much fun huh!?
