REALLY annoyed.....
the gutter guys suppose to be here at 10am.. and it's now 11:35! Rarely I get a day off, I have things I gotta do today, can't be sitting here waiting for them...

yea twice... the weird thing is the guy called me at 10:58 and said " hi, this is xxx gutters, did someone call this number?"
so I was like YES I called you, you said you were going to be here in 45 mins....
.. that was an hour and 15 mins ago...
