Where can I find a top like this one?
I have looked online at Old Navy, Banana, Gap, NY & Co and a few other sites. I can't find this style anywhere.

Actually I just bought yesterday one from new york and company and the bottom part (with the elastic type of thing) is very similar.
Here it is
and this one also look similar

Try Anthropologie, either online or they have stores in Roosevelt Field and one on Northern Blvd/GlenCove Rd. They have a ton of tops like that.
