For those of you who are just a few cm's dilated
If you feel anything, what exactly are you feeling and how many cm's are you dilated? Just curious.
Are you having contractions?

I was 1cm dialated at my appointment last Thursday. I have not been feeling any contractions, other than occasional BH. In the past day or two, I have been feeling a lot more "pressure" down there. I have also been feeling a lot more movement down there. I hope I will know more at my next appointment on Thursday. At my sonogram on Monday, my cervix was still very long.

Strange thing is that is exactly how I've been feeling but I'm not dilating, it's so weird but the good thing is it could still happen which gives me some kind of hope. I really hope I don't have to be induced and am trying everything to bring on labor naturally but nothing seems to be working. The only thing I have yet to try is BD'ing and that's because DH is petrified

I was 4 cm dialated and felt nothing, no contractions.

Yeah, I understand THAT. I told my husband that it could help bring on labor and I got a big "no" in response. That's the first time he has ever said no to the horizontal mambo.

nothing seems to stop my DH from asking if we could BD!! He asks just about everyday, that hornball!

I was 3cms dilated and 90% effaced and had no clue. Walk, I walked a few nights a week, and I really think thats what did it
