I nearly had a meltdown in Duncan Donuts!
I have been craving vanilla bean coolata's for a while now and always tend to my cravings. Well, I went to Duncan Donuts the other day and asked for one and was told, "WE DON"T HAVE VANILLA BEAN COOLATA"S RIGHT NOW" ummmm...how in the world does Duncan Donuts run out of anything I am thinking so I just contained myself and ordered a coffee coolata. So today my sister and I head over to another Duncan Donuts and again I ask for a vanilla bean coolata and was told the same thing!!!!!! I kind of flipped out on the person behind the counter helping us. I couldn't help it but had to let them know that was the second D&D I had been to in a week and was told the same thing!
That's like walking into Baskin & Robins and asking for ice cream and being told we don't have ice cream! I was literally close to tears, how abnormal is that??

aw, that is SO frustrating... id like to add that I havent seen the freakin "peanut donut" in dunkin donuts in forever and its sometimes hiding under "Managers special" and I REALLY want one and they just dont have it anymore I guess. I get very frustrated when the food I want is NOT there. I settled for a cruller last thursday when I went in.. and wow, that was amazing and I want another one SO bad, and have been trying to forget about that cruller..ugh. Do you have free ice coffees on Thursdays there? I called my dunkin donuts to check first before I went last thursday.. how pathetic was that!? Id call around to dunkin donuts and find out which ones have your vanilla bean coolata.. you can go on their website and they have a store locator.. yes, im pathetic when it comes to food and have been on many food websites!

I would go to great lenghts to satisfy my cravings believe me so it's not crazy at all, I would totally call a location before I go! 
I say go for the cruller, your better off getting it now while we still have an excuse...TAKE ADVANTAGE and ENJOY!!

Bad news for you: my husband works for their corporate headquarters, and I overheard on a conference call last week that they are definitely discontinuiting vanilla bean coolattas! A lot of the employees were upset, too! I am sooo sorry for you! Definitely go to dunkinbrands.com and give them some feedback!! Sorry!

That stinks! You could go to starbucks, they have some sort of vanilla bean frap. thingy there that is similar.

 No way! Now I will never have another vanilla bean coolata 
Well it's a good thing Starbucks has a similar drink. I'm going to have to try it hopefully it will satisfy my craving for the vanilla bean coolata.
