no but i did dip my feet in one last weekend. it was up to about my calves only for about 15 min or so.
felt great!

We went on vacation last week, and I just sat on the top step, so just part of my legs were in. It still felt nice, but after about 15 minutes I started feeling too hot and had to take my feet out.

If you friends will let you turn the temperature down to the low 80's. It will be more like a heated pool, but the jet effects still work for your back.

As long as the temperature is lower that your body temperature then you are fine. I did it multiple times when preggo

Like the op said, you have to turn the temp down below your body temp....you can't get overheated.
