Cell phones in Nail Salons
Should be banned. All I ask for is 30 minutes of relaxation having my feet rubbed and pampered, and I have to listen to some tart discussing every single detail about what she is doing this weekend, what she is wearing, etc. So annoying.

I agree. Except for brides! I remember getting a few confirmation calls from vendors at the salon while I was getting my nails done.

They are not allowed in the salon where I go. They have a core ideology that it's a sanctuary! lol

i know i am totally in the minority but public cell phone talking (regardless of location) does not bother me. i don't do it often myself though as i know it is disturbing to others.

I am mostly over it - there are just a handful of places where people use cell phones that really bug me. Nail salons because I am there to relax and rest rooms because I think it's gross and it makes other people uncomfortable.

Holy mackerel, ITA! Add gum smacking to that list for me as well. Both tend to ruin what would be an otherwise relaxing experience.

Great timing for this post. I usually do not mind but today a woman was shouting into her cell phone when I was at the nail salon. I gave her some nasty looks and I was considering asking her to go outside even though she was getting her nails done.
