Leg Cramps
Any remedies??? Last night I woke up withe THE WORST what a thought was a charley horse in my right calf. I tried flexing my leg with my foot up for temporary relief, but I tried to get up to go to the bathroom, and my leg literally collapsed in front of me from the pain. Any help would be MUCH APPRECIATED!! Still actually hurts today....aah the pleasures of pregnancy

bananas did nothing for me. 
What i do is when you feel the cramp coming on, immediately turn your foot in the opposite direction that it's laying. It sounds silly but it works everytime for me!
Of course this only works when you feel it coming on. If you're sleeping and you wake up from it, it's probably too late.

They are terrible---try to increase your potassium---it has worked for people, but not me unfortunately! Hope it works for you!

Slowly put your foot onto the cold tile floor...It really works!!
I had such bad leg cramps in my 8th month and that was the only remedy!!
Feel better!

yup....and the flexing the foot up towards u sometimes i do that before i actually get one thinking it will prevent something but i dont know how much truth there is to that
