OH IM P!SSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEST BUY!!! ****update!!**** UPDATED AGAIN!
So my dishwasher broke (welcome to home ownership) We go all over looking for a dishwasher. We get one from best buy. It was $$$ but we finally agreed on one lol. I pay 49.99 for delivery and 99.99 for instalation.
They call me last night to tell me that they are coming between 4-6 blah blah blah...
They come today at 3:15! Good thing I was home. The guy comes in and I start saying something about the instalation and he says "oh we just drop it off someone else is going to come and install it"  So I was like ok do you know when. And he said no you have to call ok fine. Im not happy but its not his fault so I call the delivery # and she says she doesnt see it. I have to call the store.
I get the store and they tell me "oh they usually come the next day or the day after to install it." HUH... Do you tell people that? I took a day off of work today (I really didnt but I worked till 1) I paid 99.99 to have it installed If they didnt come together I would have just had my dad and hubby instal it. Not to mention that if I wanted to do dishes by hand I couldnt because they put the dishwasher in front of my sink So he looks up my # and says "I dont see instalation date in here cause it was already delivered" Puts me on hold comes back and tells me "you didnt pay for the intalation" UMMMM I have the reciept that says 99.99 dish/instal I hear someone in the background going oh she does **** didnt do it right.  SO now I have to have them re do the order or something... and they "will get back to me with a date that they can come and instal it"
I WANT MY 99.99 BACK!
OK so we goto best buy and I tell the people that the 18th is no good for me. they can get some one in tomorrow OR they can refund it.
She calls whoever and says that they cant come to instal it till monday because they dont work Sundays. so I said Ok will you refund my 99.99 instilation and she said yes. I say ok to Monday im off anyway. She goes and talks to whoever comes back and says the will refund me 40.00 so I said no then you can refund the whole thing. she tells the kid she wants to refund the instal charge. I said no I want to refund the entire order (its over 650.00 btw) So shes like fine. A manager comes over a little later before the kid got to me and says what happened so I tell her and shes like this is what im gonna do take 108.00 off the dishwasher cause I cant refund the instal charge since they are outside people. I dont care how it comes off as long as it comes off.
so she did it. I got 108.00 back and they will be here monday not weds.

HAHAHA so they call and leave me a message (had to take the dog for a walk) and tell me the earliest they can get here to install it is the 18th YA RIGHT you can come and pick up your p.o.s dishwasher NOW

oh wow, if you paid by credit card I would stop the payment and tell them the problem. then maybe when best buy sees that they are not getting payment they will do something about it, GL.

So today I wait all day for a phone call about when I should expect them to come tomorrow NOTHING. I call at about 4 pm and they tell me "you are scheduled for the 18th" IM like NO I had a problem and they are going to have someone in on Monday or else im going to return the order. So hes like heres the # for the install. So I call and of course they are closed. So Mike just goes up there and the girl never faxed the paper work to the instalers.  So the kid says the earliest we have is weds. mike is like no someone needs to be there tomorrow. the kid says we open at 10 am tomorrow I leave a note for the manager blah blah blah and worse case someone else and I are trained in the dept. to instal dishwashers and we will come instal it.
