Why can't I sleep through the night?
OMG, I keep waking up every 3 hours. Usually I can get back to bed, but here I sit at 4:30AM unable to. Is this normal? Thanks

I am having the same problem. I am newly PG. Yesterday I woke up at 3:30am and couldn't go back to sleep. Last night at least it was closer to 5am I am just going to go to bed earlier and see if that helps

At first, I was just unable to sleep because of all the peeing..... Now, at 29 weeks, I am still up peeing at night, but even without that urge, I have a lot of insomnia. According to the Dr. Sears books, it is meant to be normal, probably nature's way of acclimating us to being up with a newborn??? I hate it, though. I need, I want, to sleep!

for me it's a ritual to wake up 3-4X a night to pee and then drink water....

yep... this is my nightly ritual..even the dog gets up with me!

I am 23 weeks. I was up last night from 3:30 - 5:00 AM. DH and I had a great conversation around 4:30 AM! I nap great during the day, thankfully. It is just at night that I can not sleep
