Wetting your pants
When you go to the bathroom do you ever look down and be like "it looks like I just wet my pants. not completely but oh my god! Its like Im leaking before I have to really go." CRAZY STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!

yep, definitely need liners  I started wearing them about a month ago....

OMG! Thank god you posted this!! I have to wear a panty liner every day now since I pee my pants on a regular basis. The other night I showered, got into bed, and coughed while I was laying there. And WHOOPS...out came the pee! It's like I digressed backed to age 3. DH thinks it's funny......yeah.....really funny

haha.. i just got over an upper respiratory infection, where i'd wake up every morning and have a coughing fit.. one morning it was so bad, i wet through 2 pairs of panties before i said screw it and just took them off altogether and stood bottom half naked in the bathroom until the coughing fit passed..
coughing and hacking to the point that tears were running down my face and urine down my legs (yes.. tmi i know.. but i figure u ladies can appreciate the image..)

HAHA!! I can relate!! I just got out of the hospital for asthmatic bronchitis so I continue with the coughing fits. I wear a pad to sleep at night just in case I cough in my sleep. It's terrible! And forget when I'm walking around and have to cough. If I don't sit down immediately before I cough, its like an explosion!

It is so refreshing to hear everyone being so candid!
I know in the preggo books it says incontinence, to some degree, is almost always an issue, but so few people do talk about it!
I am doing my Kegels, but still, this is an issue! Thanks for giving me hope that it might be normal!
