I just went throught the same thing.. my doctor had me on bed rest for 5 days and i just went back for a check up and the clot is going away on its own, so i got to go back to work today...Don't worry as my doctor said this happens to 1 in 4 pregnancies

thanks for the encouragement...but I just went to the bathroom and for the 2nd time in a row there was no blood so hopefully it's stopping thanks to all you wonderful people who are praying for the peapod

This happens to so many people and they and their babies are just fine. Have you been tested for thrombophilias? Maybe you need Lovenox? I am on it. I will be sending my best thoughts your way. Just relax and your baby was good on ultrasound so concentrate on that.

Homozygous or heterozygous? C677T or the other? If you are homo for either you should be on Lovenox. Ask your Dr.

I have 1 copy of C677T and 1 copy of A1298C and I am heterozygous

based upon what I am reading on the net and what the doc told me it seems as though I might have either low lying placenta or placenta previa and the blood could be from a slight tearing the bleeding has stopped as of now based upon the sonogram last night it looked as though the placenta was low lying and I read that it can go back up on its own. or it can stay there the rest of the pg and I would have to get a C-section but all should be fine...I hope
