Poor Kitties!
Feral Colony at JFK
I can't believe they won't work with animal groups to do TNR!
I am sure the cats are really in the way of the planes.

actually they really do get in the way... it's a pretty bad situation, especially for the smaller vehicles that help the planes out. you'd be surprised at how many cats are there!!
they need a solution now, and i don't agree that TNR is the best thing for these feral colonies - are they supposed to wait 10-15 years for them all to die out?
it's sad, but i don't think the Port Authority is being irresponsible here.

I think there has to be a better solution. These poor cats will surely be killed in shelters. It's so sad.

It's a cowardly way of taking care of a serious problem.
It bothers me that they're not willing to "go the extra mile" to ensure that these cats won't be killed. Makes me sick.
