I have had good luck at Dress Barn and Filene's Basement.
I also like Macy's when they have stuff on sale.

I get most my suits at Express, but my mom always tells me to go to Kohls, she said they have the same type of stuff.

Not sure where you are, but I went to Syms two weeks ago and got TWO suits for under $200 total.
A calvin klein one for $125, and the other for $75!
